Took my GLA in for a check engine light. The invoice for the diag only mentioned the cause of the check engine light as a sort of side note while the $5375 estimate on the invoice was for something completely different but supposedly the repair that was needed. Took my car with its intermittent check engine light elsewhere. Code for the check engine light was the only issue! Repair + labor cost me $224. I had no communication issues at all with the staff. 1. Unprofessional behavior that I encountered from the service manager. Cheating, Robbery, and scam. 2. There is NO invoice transparency. Overcharged than what they quoted initially for the services performed. 3. Mishandling of a $100 coupon. They did not honour their own coupon. I blindly believed them if the coupon was applied properly and taken care of. I verified/reviewed the invoice after making the payment using a credit card and realized $100 coupon was not applied correctly. Tom the GM, Geoff Townsend the Online Car Sales Manager, and Drew the Used Car Manager refused sell me a car. I willingly wanted to pay cash and they didn't like the terms. Tom argued with me because he wanted me to finance and I said no. I said, I wanted to pay cash. He cried like a baby and refused my cash. The car was nice, but what happened to no haggle? They kept me there for hours and tried to sell me every scam extended warranty, gap coverage, theft protection there is in the world! Their finance rates are 33% higher than other dealers. They also charge a $920 document prep to print illegible papers. If you want the care to be 1k more, just ask for it upfront. The scammer Finance Manager Harry even tricked me into the theft protect for $500 that has a max benefit of $2000. Buyer beware!

My wife has been insulted numerous times by the service team, when challenged the response was '...what do you know about cars’, amongst other poor comments! The worst Mercedes Benz service I have ever had. Paid over $2900 for starter and SAMS unit. Valet drove my car to the waiting area. After I paid for the service I was given my keys. I drove the car for few miles and it overheated and would not engage in drive. My car would not move. After being allowed to leave the dealership in an unsafe vehicle, I had to get the vehicle towed back to the dealership at my expense. To make matters worse I was charged an additional 540 dollars to diagnose the problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a car here 11 months ago and I am still waiting for my tags and registration. I paid for them to take care of all of this and almost 1 year later , nothing. I have called so many times. The title clerk flat out does not return any phone calls or messages. I’ve talked to 2 different managers numerous times. They both made empty promises , making up excuses. The last time I called I was informed that both of them no longer work there. Absolutely worst experience ever.

Didn’t satisfy my what you owe me. On 2 occasions they did not satisfy the additional work they were supposed to do. I still have scratches in the hood . Looks like detailer messed up the paint job. Looks like the detailer used a hard buffer. With them going back in forth with the loaners I now have a chip in my Windshield. Just very unhappy.

This particular Mercedes dealer was terrific. Our car was in for yearly service. They accommodated us with a loaner so we could drop the car off the night before. They did what had to be done and we picked it up that same day. They also took the time to help us with some of the settings. Not an easy car to do from a technical perspective.
