The team of people are extremely organized and I actually enjoy dropping my SUV off for service. Matt and Rick in service are great and very nice to deal with.
Also the mechanic George is the best and always fixes my SUV perfectly.
The two shuttle drivers (Carl and John) are very professional and make my ride to and from work enjoyable. My next vehicle with be another Mercedes...It's so convenient.
(Also they clean the car inside and out better than my husband).

Matt did an exceptional job in getting me in quickly to determine why my "check engine" light was on. He knew that I was concerned about why this was happening ." Kudos to Matt for making me feel good about my purchase. Also, the waitng area with morning paper and TV and the snack area complete with fresh fruit, cereal bars, water and coffee made the waiting time go by quickly.

My Service Advisor, Matt Oakes is the best. He is professional, courteous, kind, and knows his stuff. He is always respectful to me and everyone else. I know that I can ask him any question and he will answer with specificity that I understand and retain my dignity. He is honest and has great intergity.....when the problem is major he makes sure you understand exactly what the problem is. One time I had to leave the car, I got a loaner, and the next day when my car was ready he sent it to me so I would not have to come back to Wilmington. I was so grateful because I was not feeling well which he was unaware and I did not tell him.
I must say that all the employees are outstanding. They are courteous, helpful and efficient in person and on the telephone. They have great attitudes, I tell anyone who will listen about the great service at my Wilmington Mercedes Dealer.
Who can I write and recommend your service department to be trainers of all employees in every Mercedes Service Department in the nation? Why? Because you are truly exceptional.Your service to me over the years is much appreciated.
