What’s New in the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA?
When the Mercedes-Benz GLA was first shown in 2013, it was acclaimed for its sporty design and “light-footed” handling. Mercedes-Benz now has seven model series: the GLA, GLC, GLC Coupe, GLE, GLE Coupe, GLS and G, which gives it the largest amount of SUV options for European manufacturers. Because of this, customers have several options to choose from when deciding the SUV that fits their needs. Let’s see what is new in the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA.
Interior and Exterior Design
The new interior of the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA uses high-quality materials and workmanship to build the new seat covers, trim parts and chromed control panels. The new instrument cluster features new number and gauge needle designs to help give the driver a more sporty feel. A 360-degree camera is also exclusive to this segment. This camera records the surroundings of the car, including a virtual bird’s-eye view of the SUV to help with parking.
An available Interior Package will include sports seats, and it’s designed for customers looking for a sporty ride. The Night Package offers 19-inch AMG® wheels, as well as a black window trim, exterior mirrors, roof rails, exhaust tips and exterior accents.
