Now, when we say the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Cabriolet lineup is better than ever, we mean it. That’s because the lineup has received numerous style updates and equipment upgrades to make it more powerful, more efficient and more fun to drive than ever before. How Powerful is the 2018 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Cabriolet Engine Lineup?2018 Mercedes-AMG S 65 Cabriolet engine_o

There are three trim levels available for the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Cabriolet lineup, and which model you choose decides which engine you get. The 2018 Mercedes-Benz S 560 Cabriolet features a 4.0-liter V8 Biturbo engine offering 463 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque while going from zero to 60 miles per hour in just 4.5 seconds. This model features a rear-wheel drive configuration and a 9G-TRONIC® automatic transmission. The 2018 Mercedes-AMG S 63 Cabriolet features a handcrafted AMG 4.0-liter V8 Biturbo engine offering 603 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque while going from zero to 60 miles per hour in just 3.4 seconds. This model features AMG Performance 4MATIC+ permanent all-wheel drive with fully-variable torque split and an AMG SPEEDSHIFT® MCT 9-speed transmission. The 2018 Mercedes-AMG S 65 Cabriolet features a handcrafted 6.0-liter V12 Biturbo engine offering 621 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque while going from zero to 60 miles per hour in just 4 seconds. This model features a rear-wheel drive configuration and an AMG SPEEDSHIFT® PLUS 7G-TRONIC transmission. Fuel efficiency ratings have not yet been released for these engines.
